Points of Views & Ideation: Peacock, Paramount+
and Netflix

For this project, I researched three streaming services and created Point of View Statements and Ideation Techniques. Point of View (POV) statements mean defining the main problem and then correcting it. To do this, the designer must immerse themselves into the user to know their needs and insight.

When thinking about streaming services I use often, these are the three I use the most. It was interesting to me to see the different kinds of feedback each service had in the Apple App Store. Some of them I agreed with, and others I had not had that issue or concern.

I looked at these applications and their ratings and reviews to create a few points of view statements. While looking at the reviews, I noticed a mix of positive, negative, and constructive reviews. A positive review would be a 4 to 5-star rating, a negative review would be a 1 to 2-star rating, and a constructive review would be a 3-star rating with some constructive criticism.
