Bookstore UX Project
This user experience project compared two bookstores: Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million. These two bookstores are very well known and get a lot of business. I took a deeper look by conducting a website analysis, creating personas, and creating a customer journey map.

Exploring how to gather data from primary sources and then organizing said data to create representational graphics. I compared teacher starting salaries in the USA from three school years.
